Let me make things simple for you! As a tennis player your primary concern is quickness. That’s the ability to move at high speeds – in all areas of your game. The problem is that most tennis fitness programs have too much emphasis on aerobic (slower, long distance) and weights based old school body building training. NOT GOOD!
