As a tennis player your primary concern is quickness.

That’s the ability to move at high speeds - in all areas of your game.

The problem is that most tennis fitness programs have too much emphasis on aerobic (slower, long distance) and weights based old school body building training. NOT GOOD!

The most effective way to improve your quickness and therefore your tennis performance is to strengthen your posterior chain – calves, hamstrings, glutes and low-back.

This is where the Weekend Warrior Tennis Plan comes in!!

It uses bodyweight strength training exercises (no weights), along with interval based conditioning work that will get you stronger, faster and out on the court playing your best tennis…..deep into the third set (if you haven’t won before then of course)!!
